Gallagher Retail Park, Wednesbury

Mountford Pigott has been appointed to lead the design team for this complex and challenging asset management project to knit together an old Gallagher Retail Park that had been developed in three separate phases.

Following a comprehensive feasibility and masterplanning exercise a strategy was developed to unify the scheme involving major new development and retailer relocation.

The park was sold at a considerable profit to a Korean development consortium and we continue to look at further initiatives.
