Bridgwater Retail Park and Leggar Retail Park

Mountford Pigott was appointed to lead the design team in the creation of a new retail park adjacent to Bridgwater Retail Park as well a series of asset management projects in the existing retail park to refurbish the existing retail terraces, rationalise parking and circulation and provide new retail space.

The scheme also included the creation of a new link road and significant highways improvements works. The Leggar Park is anchored by food retailer Lidl and works to Bridgwater Retail Park included the creation of a new unit for M&S.
