Project description

Mountford Pigott were appointed from the outset of this complex and sensitive project to help regenerate the retail centre of Stratford-upon-Avon. Our services included design, obtaining planning approval and delivery stages.

The scheme included the redevelopment of the former town square, alterations and refurbishment of over 6,500 m² of retail space; new restaurants and leisure facilities including a 4-screen cinema for Everyman as well as improvements to all entrances into the scheme, improved public realm, new lighting and an events space.
