Topgolf Gateshead

Mountford Pigott was appointed by Topgolf to develop a new facility on the former Federation Brewery site located adjacent the Metrocentre in Gateshead. Topgolf is a major success story with close to 100 venues worldwide, primarily in the USA, and is now seeking to bring this first State of the Art development to the UK.

The new golf entertainment facility will comprise a 3-storey building providing 102 hitting bays, associated restaurant and bar, corporate and social event space, outdoor patio, rooftop terrace, and back-of-house facilities. In addition to the building, the proposal includes the provisions of a 195m outfield, 400 parking spaces and associated landscaping.
