Mountford Pigott LLP acted for both the developer and for Kia on this showcase dealership. The development has excellent visibility from both the A4 and elevated M4, providing 3 levels of car showroom sitting above a 15-bay workshop. KIA’s showcase on the top floor takes full advantage of the high volume of passing traffic on one of the busiest arterial routes into London.
