Project description

Mountford Pigott led the design team to complete a series of phased improvements at Victoria Retail Park. The first phase included the introduction of a series of A3 units for McDonalds, F&B, Costa, Greggs & Subway as well as high-quality public realm with hard & soft landscaping improvements. Subsequent phases included a 2,800m² extension and further unit reconfiguration anchored by a unit for M&S.
