Mayflower Retail Pods, Basildon

Project description

Mountford Pigott led the design team in a carefully structured and phased redevelopment of the entire retail park. This included a comprehensive overhaul of all elevations as well as a number of alterations to existing units. Feature pods were built for Nandos and Greggs. A high-profile end-of-terrace unit was added for Costa.

All external areas were also upgraded with high-quality public realm; hard and soft landscaping; and new signage.
