Mat Mills BSc (Hons), ACIAT

Mat joined Mountford Pigott in 2010, bringing with him 20 years of experience in residential and commercial development.  During his time at the practice he has applied his considerable technical and industry knowledge, procurement experience and organisational skills to complex residential, mixed-use, leisure, hotel, Industrial and retail schemes. In 2014 he was made an Associate and in 2016 promoted to Senior Associate Director, before being made Partner in 2024.

Mat’s keen attention to detail and analytical skills ensure that Mountford Pigott can hit the ground running when tackling complex tenders and challenging programmes.  He manages teams for large and complex projects in particular during the delivery stages.

Mat takes an active role in business development and is happy to discuss new projects and how Mountford Pigott can offer added value to the team.
