Planning Approval for Westerham

We were delighted to receive planning approval for the development of seven new houses at Heights Stables Westerham in November 2024.  The site is in the Green Belt so scale massing and appearance were particularly sensitive.  The proposal adopts an agricultural theme along with local vernacular detailing.  We have now been instructed to proceed with the preparation of construction drawings for the development… but where are the horses and donkeys going?  Unfortunately, plans to relocate the equestrian residents to an alternative location fell through so we were commissioned to prepare designs for new stables onsite to rehouse the horses.  The stables application received planning approval in March 2025 so that the four-legged residents will have a new home within the development.
