West Way Square – Practical Completion for Final Phase

We’ve spent the best part of a decade working on our mixed-use development in Botley, West Oxford redeveloping an outdated shopping precinct into a successful new district centre renamed West Way Square. Practical Completion for the final phase was achieved at the end of 2024 comprising a 150-apartment BTR block, built for Mace by Gibert-Ash for specialist operator Grainger. It is the culmination of great teamwork across all disciplines, not just on this final phase, but also the earlier phase completed in 2020 which included a 123-bedroom hotel and 261 student accommodation units. A Baptist church, community space and offices were also provided within the initial phase as well as a split-level car park and new central boulevard.
