Aparthotel interior fit-out appointment

Mountford Pigott is pleased to announce their appointment by main contractor Gilbert-Ash to provide the detailed interior fit out package for their aparthotel scheme in central London.

The 8-storey hotel, located in busy Victoria, is the first development in the UK for Dutch operator The July, (formerly City-ID), and consists of 114 studio rooms and two apartments, plus restaurant, bar, deli, basement spa and gym.

This sustainably procured and operated residence is due for completion during Summer 2025.
