Coach Works, Charlotte Mews

Coach Works, located at 7-10 Charlotte Mews, Fitzrovia, London, launched on 9^th October after 22 weeks of very hard work by the team behind the refurbishment of these two Victorian period Mews buildings.

The buildings were upgraded to CAT A office space providing 11,000ft² of modern accommodation whilst retaining their historic character exposing original features like the brickwork, metal structure and timber floors.

One of the key elements of the refurbishment is the transformation of an inaccessible roof into a new roof terrace made available to all occupants. This Mountford Pigott crafted space, carefully transformed project constraints into characterful features, creating a vision that helped the scheme progress through planning and makes a positive contribution not only to the occupants but also to the buildings and the Charlotte Conservation Area.
