Planning approval granted for employment units at TRSA, Cornwall.

Mountford Pigott is pleased to announce that planning approval has been granted by Cornwall Council for employment units at Cornwall Services near Bodmin. The scheme comprises four trade units totalling 1345m² of floor space and forms part of our continuing development of Cornwall Services which includes a large amenity building with food and retail services, a Holiday Inn Express hotel, Costa drive-thru and electric car charging points. The development should hopefully be on site Q4 2024.
