Park Royal Mixed-Use Scheme

We are pleased to announce that outline planning approval has been granted for this unique, highly visible and sustainable mixed-use scheme comprising a storage facility, offices and light industrial space in the heart of Park Royal. The irregular shape of the small site amongst other constraints dictated the form of the building. The challenge was to create a design that expresses the building’s use and creates a cornerstone for the extensive regeneration of the area while maintaining optimum functionality. This is achieved by creating two interlocking volumes with contrasting materiality utilising a robust textured grey masonry base with the upper volume finished in a smooth copper coloured metal cladding.
