Downlands Retail Park, Worthing

We are pleased to announce that planning consent has been granted for a substantial refurbishment and subdivision of the B&Q unit at Downlands Retail Park, Worthing. The proposal comprises splitting the existing large unit into two smaller units and providing a high-quality contemporary façade to match the other units in the park. The consent also includes a new unique bike shelter incorporating a green roof and bug hotels. The scheme is part of the ongoing upgrade of the Park that will also see Lidl and Costa arriving.
