Topping out Ceremony at West Way Square

Mountford Pigott is pleased to announce that a topping out ceremony was recently held by main contractor Gilbert-Ash, for Phase 2 of our mixed-use development at West Way Square, Botley, Oxford, where our client Mace along with BTR operator Grainger were also in attendance.  Block A is the final phase of a larger redevelopment scheme comprising student accommodation, hotel, retail and restaurant units as well as a split-level carpark and landscaped central boulevard.

Block A will provide150 BTR residential units arranged over 9 storeys with communal podium courtyard and roof terrace, over retail space at ground floor. The development is due for a completion at the end of this year and has been designed to be Net Carbon Zero.
