Planning approval for self-storage facility in Epsom

In a great finish to 2023 and a bright start to the new year we are delighted to announce that following a planning appeal hearing last month, the Planning Inspectorate has granted planning permission for a new self-storage facility on East Street in Epsom Town Centre.

The approved development includes 8,000m² self-storage floorspace and 228m² flexible office space. The new design will provide attractive and active frontage to the East Street elevation, replacing the existing blank retail warehouse. The development features a comprehensive soft landscaping scheme that will not only improve amenity along this important route into the town centre, but will also enhance the setting of the existing protected trees and promote biodiversity in the local area.
