We are delighted to have submitted the planning application for 1 Burlington Lane, Chiswick which will transform this outdated and disused office building prominently positioned on the Hogarth Roundabout. The enhanced scheme includes extending the existing footprint, updating the entire facade and adding two additional storeys to provide 104 apartments as well as a new private internal courtyard.
