Planning submitted for drive-thru unit

We have recently submitted a planning application to Worthing and Adur Council for a new 1,800ft² drive-thru unit at Downlands Retail Park, to the north of Worthing.  The scheme includes a new timber clad building, with enhanced landscape proposals on a prominent junction of the A27.
