Mountford Pigott was appointed by Glencar Construction to deliver this industrial development which forms part of the Royston Gateway, a major 30-acre, mixed-use development in Royston, Hertfordshire. The project comprises 3 business/warehouse units (B1, B2 and B8 Use Class) totalling 6,220m² (67,000ft²) and associated external works.
