Block A – West Way Square

Mountford Pigott is delighted to announce that the demolition works for Phase 2 of this £30M mixed-use development are under way, where, in addition to our architectural role, we are also appointed to provide our Principal Designer service direct to the client for this stage of the development. Having successfully delivered Phase 1, we have produced a fully detailed package of tender information, which will be followed by detailed construction drawings complemented by our site inspection service to deliver this final phase of the development. The scheme will provide 150 residential units split over 2 blocks with retail and leisure space on the ground floor. Construction is due to commence this summer with completion envisaged towards the end of 2023.
