London Road Retail Park, Newbury

Following the recent grant of planning approval, work is starting on site at London Road Retail Park in Newbury, for the construction of a new Lidl store and Costa drive thru. The bespoke design of the store responds to its sensitive location within the Conservation area, on a sloping site next to the River Kennett, and also addresses complex flood risk and phasing issues developing out of an active retail park. Completion is planned for Q1 2022.
