Residential Development, Clifton Road, Newhaven

Mountford Pigott is proud to have been appointed by Thakeham Group to deliver one of its first partnership residential schemes at Clifton Road, Newhaven adjacent to the River Ouse. The development comprises 74 housing association apartments for Optivo, arranged over 4 storeys with undercroft car parking and landscaped central courtyard.

Construction of the scheme will commence during spring of this year with completion planned for winter 2022.
