West Way Square, Oxford

Mountford Pigott are delighted to announce that Phase 1 of our landmark mixed-use development, West Way Square in Oxford, is complete and open for business. This new high profile district centre serving the West of Oxford and beyond comprises a 123-bedroom hotel and 261 student accommodation units in 3 blocks sited above a series of new retail units. A Baptist church, community space, library and offices are also provided within this initial phase as well as a split level car park and new central boulevard, with extensive high quality public realm.
Phase 2 of the development is anticipated to start Q2 2021 and will provide 150 residential units split over 2 blocks together with further retail and leisure space, with the entire development due for completion in 2022.
