Mixed-use development at Grafton Way, Ipswich

We are delighted to announce that our residential-led mixed-use development application for this central Ipswich site received a resolution to grant planning approval at Ipswich Council’s December planning committee meeting.
The proposals include 173 new houses, new retail and restaurant units, public open space and a new riverside walk.
