Planning approval for industrial scheme in Chessington
Posted 21 October 2019 by David Scanlon

Mountford Pigott is delighted to have received full planning consent for a new development in Oakcroft Road, Chessington.
The proposed storage unit replaces an existing unit and will provide 2177m² of storage space and 214m² of associated office space and is in keeping with the industrial aesthetic of the area. The proposal includes an extensive landscape strategy to the rear of the site featuring a number of 6m Hornbeam trees to help screen the development from the neighbouring residential properties and provide the local residents a significantly better outlook than they currently have.
The project will be going out to tender in the next month with a start on site early next year.
