Godstone Road, Whyteleafe

Work is nearing completion on our large residential project at Godstone Road in Whyteleafe, with the first block about to be handed over.

The project comprises 118 apartments in a range of unit sizes together with a 6,000 sq ft medical centre, arranged as 5 villa blocks around high quality hard and soft landscaping. Our work included extensive site optimisation, and preparation of high quality animations, CGI’s and marketing material.

The project used an innovative masonry framing system to fast track the build programme and provide a high quality envelope. Externally the blocks are clad in crisply detailed brickwork, forming a striking new feature to Godstone Road.
