    Mountford Pigott have been extensively involved in the scheme since 2012, leading the larger Contract 1 development up to December 2014, and providing a supporting and technical advisory role to the masterplanning of Contract 2, culminating in the resolution to grant consent in June 2016.

     

    We have been retained to deliver this new mixed use scheme providing  a major new destination to  West Oxford with a range of new retail and leisure facilities, including 120 residential apartments, 261 student rooms, a 123 bed hotel and community facilities including a library and community hall.

     

    WestWay Place is just 10 minutes from the heart of Oxford and a 20-25 minute walk from Oxford Train Station.
