The client - St George, part of the Berkeley Group - is well known for its exacting high standards, and the quality of our work at Imperial Wharf is reflected by the fact that we have received initial enquiries to construct the next phases of development.
We worked closely with St George to optimise layouts, and were involved with the fire engineering design process that permitted extended travel distances. Additionally, working with contractors Midgard at the site stage, schemes were carefully value engineered to ensure that construction was as economic as possible whilst achieving the high quality required.
